T2P is a contracting company based in Florida that excels in designing and building modern homes for their clients.
As of utilizing my services, T2P has seen a noticable increase in client volume and retention for future projects compared to previous years.

T2P specializes in modern home design, so I kept the design philosophy minimalist and sleek with simple geometry and precise lines.
Prior to the redesign, T2P lacked identity. Those looking for an affordable alternative in General Contracting would never know what services T2P offers.
Business Card
Due to the small scale of the company, T2P used a "word of mouth" approach to acquire new business. I decided the best option to help increase the clientele would be a memorable business card.
The front of the business card features a floorplan graphic to give a clear idea of what the company is about at first glance.
My idea was to have the graphic on the card be a copy of the floorplan T2P used on their first renovation so it carries a piece of the company's history.

Upon establishing the brand's identity, I was tasked with setting up their website to further scale their business. All of the images used were taken on-site for the build projects!
